Belcome to our apartment
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building. It is very cosy, it has a living-dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. There is also a terrace that overlooks the pool and green areas of the residential, it is very pleasant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can see the sea on the horizon.
The main bedroom has a 150 cm bed (new memory foam mattress).
The other bedroom has 2 90 cm beds (2 new memory foam mattresses).
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and refrigerator. It also has small appliances, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, blender and toaster. There is enough and varied kitchenware.
From the kitchen there is access to a spacious laundry terrace. Both the terrace and the kitchen have open views of the countryside, in the background you can see the sea, Mojácar and the Sierra de Turre.
The apartment has air conditioning units, although it is not normally necessary to use them since it has a very good orientation and a pleasant temperature.
The car can be parked in the surface parking lot, a few meters from the elevator . (In the urbanization not all the apartments have an elevator).

Our apartment is close to the beach in a beautiful and large urbanization that has been built in the Andalusian style, surrounded by numerous fountains, garden areas, playgrounds and sports facilities.
The complex has a SPA area (from October 1 to May 31), where you can enjoy a sauna, Turkish bath, gym, jacuzzi, heated pool, foot bath and changing rooms with showers and toilets.
Its facilities also include a tennis court and two paddle tennis courts, free of charge (prior date and time reservation).
The urbanization has 2 large pool areas, one in the upper part of the urbanization (ours) and another in the lower part, each with its own separate children’s pool.
The enclosure has a concierge service with extensive hours and is monitored by security cameras.

THE ENVIRONMENT
The perfect combination between beach and nature
Vera is a town located on the Almeria coast. It is internationally known for its extensive beach called “El Playazo de Vera” which allows it to have two large areas, one of them dedicated to the practice of naturism.
It is located near the Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park (30 km), with crystal clear waters and wild beaches where you can practice scuba diving, hiking, horseback riding, an experience for nature lovers.
Just 10 km away, there are numerous coves and cliffs of surprising beauty, with crystal clear waters.
A few kilometers away it is possible to find all kinds of services, such as: supermarkets, sports clubs, golf courses, shops, internet cafes, hairdressers, masseurs, banks, car rental, cinemas, markets, urban bus. There is also a water park “AquaVera”.
20 minutes away there is a state-of-the-art (indoor) water sports and adventure complex, a reference place for wakeboarding and water activities for all ages.
You can visit towns of great beauty such as Mojácar, Carboneras, Garrucha, Vera, Turre (Sierra de Cabrera).
Near the urbanization there is a Water Park and a wide range of bars and various restaurants, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, a shopping center with a leisure area and a large supermarket.
